Location near many restaurants, one in particular was the restaurant next to Hotel was walking distance. Breakfast served every morning was decent!

Clean room with all expected facilities. Breakfast was fine with plenty of choice. No restaurant but a restaurant a few minutes walk away with very friendly staff and where we had a very good light meal and a beer

Very friendly and accommodating staff! I came in on my flight at 6am, called just to see if I could have my luggage held until check in at 3pm, they offered me an early check in right then at 6am for no extra charge and sent a free shuttle to pick me up! Everyone, from the shuttle driver to the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was so friendly and went above and beyond what I requested and expected during my entire stay! Will definitely make this my choice of stay when in MSP!

Ricardo was wonderful, very cheerful and friendly. Everything was clean. Breakfast and coffee were good.
